Private Yoga Class

Schedule an hour long class of you choice for 1-9 participants. The class fee is not dependent on the number of participants. It remains the same. Yoga mats and equipment are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

The Asana (posture and movement) branch of yoga offers a range of benefits including improved flexibility, increased strength and balance, stress reduction, better sleep, pain relief (particularly back pain), enhanced mood, improved posture, boosted heart health, and can even help manage anxiety and depression, making it a holistic practice for overall wellbeing. This is commonly the branch people think of when they hear "yoga." Practicing asanas helps to keep you healthy.

Kristi will work with you in selecting the type of yoga branch you would like to focus on during the class:

YAMA – Restraints, moral disciplines or moral vows.

NIYAMA – Positive duties or observances.

ASANA – Posture.

PRANAYAMA – Breathing Techniques.

PRATYAHARA – Sense withdrawal.

DHARANA – Focused Concentration.

DHYANA – Meditative Absorption.

SAMADHI – Bliss or Enlightenment.
